All orders are packed and shipped from our home studio in the UK. Our aim is to ship each order within three (working) days of the order placement. We do not process orders over the weekend and please bear in mind that both processing and shipping times may be affected during busy times, such as Christmas and sales, so please order with plenty of extra time!


SHIPPING:

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail second class standard. Delivery time is 3-5 working days.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery time is stated as 7-10 working days for EU destinations and 14-21 for USA/Canada/Rest of World, but please allow up to 21 days before enquiring where your parcel is. If you live outside the EU it is highly recommended that you upgrade your shipping to International Tracked. This option requires a signature upon delivery and offers insurance should your parcel be lost in transit.

Orders from Mexico, South America, Asia and the Far East will only be sent by International Tracked.

Any customs or duty charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer - please check your country's charges before ordering. It is also the customer's responsibility to check that the item(s) you are ordering is not prohibited for import into your country.

On occasion there can be unexpected delays in the postal service which are out of our control, especially when shipping overseas. Whilst we fully appreciate the frustration of an order not arriving on time, please be patient and allow 21 days from order dispatch before contacting us to report it as missing. We will then be more than happy to investigate for you. Before 21 days has passed the postal service will not classify the item as lost and will not help us.

It is entirely the customer's responsibility to ensure they supply the correct shipping address at the time of ordering. Failure to do so will result in no refund/replacement items being sent.


RETURNS:

If you wish to return your order, in the first instance please contact us by email (tinygreycat@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving it. 

Returned orders must be received by us within 30 days.
All returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.
The original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Furthermore, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and proof of postage/tracking must be obtained - refunds will not be granted for items lost in transit to us without it.

All sale and 'seconds' items are non-refundable.
